Thank you for your interest in sponsoring GeekOut 2013, WNC’s multi-genre celebration of comics, film, gaming, and popular culture! This page is an overview of what is available, who to contact, and how to streamline your application process. Sponsorship applications and fees are due by April 15, 2013.
Levels of sponsorship for GeekOut 2013 are:
Title Sponsor (Individually Negotiated):
- Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors are afforded premium brand placement at the event. Please contact us for information.
Superhero Sponsor ($1000):
- Large logo on all print materials (as time to press allows)
- Logo and listing in “Superhero Sponsors” section of convention website until 2013
- Sponsorship for a sub-venue of your choice at the show, such as the gaming lounge, panel room, etc. (limited sub-venues available)
- Banner displayed on the main stage at the show (sponsor must provide banner)
- Complimentary premium exhibitor space at the show
- Access to VIP Suite at the show
Hero Sponsor ($500):
- Medium logo on all print materials (as time to press allows)
- Logo and listing in “Hero Sponsors” section of convention website until 2013
- Banner placement at the show (sponsor must provide banner)
- Access to VIP Suite at the show
Sidekick Sponsor ($250):
- Small logo on all print materials (as time to press allows)
- Logo and listing in “Sidekick Sponsors” section of convention website until 2013
- Banner placement at the show (sponsor must provide banner)
- Access to VIP Suite at the show
Other promotional considerations may be afforded on a per-case basis. GeekOut exhibitors and vendors are eligible for a 20% discount on Sidekick and Hero levels of sponsorship. GeekOut will provide an exhibitor packet to all Title and Superhero sponsors to help coordinate your included premium exhibition space. There will be no additional charge for this space.
